1. License Grant The Wise Owl Nest LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use Trivot on any device that you own or control for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.

2. Intellectual Property Rights All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including but not limited to the unique puzzle database (the "Master Bank"), logic structures, "Spoke and Hub" mechanics, and all branding elements, are and will remain the exclusive property of The Wise Owl Nest LLC.

3. Restrictions You agree NOT to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or puzzle JSON files.

• Redistribute, sell, or lease the App or any of its contents.

• Use any automated "bots" or scripts to solve or scrape the puzzle bank.

4. In-App Purchases All purchases of Volume Packs are final. Pricing is subject to change at our discretion. Access to Volume Packs is tied to your App Store account.

5. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Wise Owl Nest LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App.

6. Termination This license is effective until terminated by you or us. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of these terms.
